Josh, I just provided you with a quick snapshot of what the church owns. They didn't purchase these with Kirtland banking funds. LDS Inc is a conglomeration. They do not publish their financials, so we have no idea how money is transferred, or from where, or how much. The church does not mind if you give them money. On top of tithing which is needed if you would like to be a temple-going, ck prospecting member, the church encourages you to give. Heck, you can even donate marketable securities and marketable real estate. They will even make it easy for you:
Not sure if you looked around since you showed up, but last one in shuts the door, Josh.
Why don't you take a few deep breaths into this paper bag and have a cookie?
Your attempt to be cute is funny, but you obviously don't know context. I tried to ask a very important question to Mercury and that was his only response. "Go away". After which he said I was a mentally ill Cutco salesman living in my parent's basement. So I was just returning the favor.

Welfare programs, church construction, temple contruction, free marriages, free social activities, charity work. I am not seeing this pattern of Evil Jak seems to see.

I think you need to look into business law, how nonprofits work and also look into inter operational financial mechanisms and logistical methods. Once you do that you will have a clear picture on how a small collection of Mormon families have ultimate power over who receives tithing funds. It all goes back to a select few. Its an oligarchy. There is no great conspiracy besides a system of patrilinear Mormon wealth that has a certain religion as its main source of contracts.
Those who give to this organization are chattel to the Mormon elite.
Hahahah, and you fell for it. You used to be chattel to me, one of the elites ;)

We all are. Celestial is not the place for "go away". What is appropriate for the Terrestial or Telestial kingdoms is not appropriate here. We all try to keep the CK pristine, without any animosity. We don't drag Terrestial comments or grudges to Celestial. You obviously didn't know that. Now you do.

So you clutter up the thread with complaints?

NFPs can have a profit that is not taxed if the profit relates to the NFPs purpose. They can also accumulate assets in the form of money, stocks and other securities as well as real property and even businesses. Any profits on activities not related to the NFPs purpose is called Unrelated Business Income and subject to tax.
But your comment that they can have no year end profit is not correct. NFPs can and often do have profits and accumulate assets.
