Wine Corks (Questions)

Post by _Jersey Girl »

Yes. Wine corks. Where would be a good resource for used wine corks? Restaurants perhaps? What would be a good way of cleaning the wine corks?

Restaurants would probably be a good starting point. I'm not sure about cleaning them. Soak them in water, perhaps?

You can get some already clean ones from a supplier, like here:

Whatcha planning on doing with them?

After seeing the picture Mercury posted on the McRib thread, I can understand the need for corks - and lots of them.

Time to give jersey crap about her (make believe) economic standing again:

screw tops are not corks

its all in good fun (most of the time) :)

Maybe we could ship them to a cork soaker academy:

Some insects called the human race
Lost in time
And lost in space...and meaning
