Room changing. Is it a good idea?

Post by _Imwashingmypirate »

I have an opportunity to move room. The thing is, it is in a completely different hall. So I am going to weigh the pro's and cons. Maybe you guys could advise me.

New place:

Has a heater, bigger room, some friends there, bigger kitchen, better fire safety, closest to bus stop, close to where we get meals. These are the good things.

Bad bits; No sink, no garden, smaller desk, no window that opens as a door, not very pleasent shower area, tiny window.

I think it would be better to move, but feel bad to leave the people here. The good bits about here are the bad bits of above. The biggest reason to move is the temperature.

Hmmm.

I'd move since you said something about your room being too cold before.

I think that is a good idea. I am scared though. I don't know why. You know that gut instinct that tells you it's not a good idea.

Yeah, it's the same one that tells me that it's not a good idea not to do it either--that way the instinct has all its bases covered.

All of my bases are belong to it.

It was a play on the internet joke, "All of your base are belong to us" which was a bad translation of a Japanes video game several years ago.

Here's the wikipedia entry: link.
