It can also be indicative of being caring, sympathetic, etc. I would be surprised if Hilary didn't have good emotional control actually. I'm more concerned whether the first incident was calculated to gain sympathy points. While that would be a big turn-off, I think all politicians are calculating so it's not going to be any worse than the rest of the bozos who are running.
Bush cried? What were the circumstances? Not that it will matter. I don't exactly like him that much either way.

I'd imagine that if he had cameras on him nearly 24 hours a day like the current candidates do, we'd see a lot more of them from him.
by the way - even those of use with the best emotional control (I count myself as one) can lose it. It happened once at work years ago when my frustration level peaked to an ungodly level - I was mortified, and immediately locked myself in my office until it passed. I really don't think Hillary's tears were calculated. She's not THAT good (but isn't it funny that people come to that conclusion?).
I may be going to hell in a bucket, babe / But at least I'm enjoying the ride.

I'm more concerned that he sees ghosts.

Yeah, I've been known to lose it on occasion, but it's a very rare occasion. I get angry, upset, or sad plenty, but I rarely show more than a turn of my eyebrows.
I suspected Hillary's tears may be calculated because she's a politician. I have a general distrust and cynicism of politics. That's what it is for me anyhow.
That's General Leo. He could be my friend if he weren't my enemy.

Or, is the argument that a crier shouldn't be President purely sexist B.S.?
Curious to see what y'all think,

A non issue in my opinion.

He was not upset. He was happy. Said they were tears of joy.

When did Margaret Thatcher cry?
And crawling on the planet's face
Some insects called the human race
Lost in time
And lost in space...and meaning
