Jersey Girl, could it stay here 'cause it's something that can help with mystical experiences? Someone shared it with me 'cause LDS are spiritually inclined and I've shown an interest in that and asked aboutsome prior LDS that experimented. I was interested if their experiences were spiritual in nature.... So, if they did do this drug, or others like it, how did they link that to spirituality? I suppose...

I should have mentioned something about that in the OP. Sorry, I just became rather giddy and submit happy...

I wondered this same thing. Is the church against medical marijuana in states like California, where we can go down to the local pot store and buy some grass with my debit card?

Can you find out if the Church thinks that is a no no?

Oh helllllll.......... I'm reading some now and part of it sounds delightful. About being *gone* -- I like that. Not sure about the paranoia, though... Hmm... I wouldn't take it when I wasn't with another adult. Actually, I'm a mom... I can't do this. Never mind.

Never mind.

So.. poop.

Me and my dad argue about this all the time. Only two prophets mention marijuana, and it is not in a medical context.

Hey. Igotnoproblemwiththat. Besides...a majority of respondents are either LDS, ex-LDS, knowLDs, don'twannaknowLDS or couldabeenLDS, right? I think there's a case for a MormonDiscussion there, don't you?

;-)

(I will not be held responsible for any other trigger happy mod that might overrule me ;-)

I get no respect around here.

I have several salvia plants in my herb garden. They are beautiful, filled with purple, while, and blue flowers, and grow quite well here in Virginia!

The bees LOVE the nectar (smile) and have become quite tame as I work in my garden.

same family, different species, unless they are Salvia Divinorum.
