Whilst we are on IP's, how do I find the IP from an email someone keeps sending me so I can ban the IP? It's as though a company has a thousand different email addrasses just to harrass me about viagra.

Also how does one delete there cookies?

And how do you make those IP's cover your's?

Hmm, I hosed all my cookies and still no go.

I just wanted to watch BBC television content through their iPlayer. Pirate oughta be able to do that with no problem. I couldn't get it to work. At one point I got past the "this is only for the UK" stuff using a proxy server, but then the video wouldn't work. Don't know why. Oh well.

Sethbag, the reason it is only available to UK is probably to do with the signal. I can't view it because I don't have a tv liscence and we students get mail every week saying we will be prosecuted if they have evidence of us watching tv online.

I lost my connection for a bit because I downloaded a proxy switcher which over ridden my proxy settings to the network. Got it fixed though.

Sometimes it might just be the server. It might work another day.

Use HTTP tunnels over SSH. Get some Linux skillz and bust a move.

I tried out the proxy thing. When checking the IP it tells the person it is a Proxy IP.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!

Something about the communications act 2003. They have things that pick up transmissions. Tv would only distract me more.
