The 2000 Election...

I just got done watching the movie "Recount" [HBO made for TV with Kevin Spacey] and it really does a concise job of showing how screwed up the 2000 Florida Recount was.

See this movie if you can folks. Pretty good political/legal movie.

I went by my parents and they were all excited watching it. They thought it was great and also very fair, showing how evil both partys are.

I'm too poor for HBO (which really depresses me when there's new episodes of Big Love). I hope it finds its way to DVD; it looks really good.

I've heard that some people might use things like BitTorrent to find stuff like that on-line. I'm sure it wouldn't be legal, though.

I hope the new season of Big Love (when it shows up) justifies my continuing subscription to HBO. That, and the movies I don't get to go out to see because of having kids and stuff.
