Good point.

I hung out with my “buddy” ;-) last night. He said that he and his dad just started working on a two-cylinder car. I can’t remember what kind of car it is (it’s a 4-banger of his [they're removing two] that he used to drive prior to getting the Volvo), but from what he was saying, once they get it turbo-charged and get all of the kinks ironed out (new computer, etc.), their hope is to get 40-50 mpg out of it, and still have at least as much passing power (if not more) than it did prior to the conversion. To me it sounds like a pipe-dream, but I suppose if they can get something out of 2-cylinders, then certainly a V6 can be some shiz-nit.

I'm just trying to imagine what it would be like driving a car off a lot that can do a 7-sec 1/4. I’m pretty sure I would use it for evil... that and to get chicks. The only question is whether or not I would need to grow a ponytail.

A stock factory 7 second car? Who makes this?
