Name the Baby
There's some method of choosing baby names by syllables and I'm too lazy to look for it online. That and the fact that I need to get painting something. Anyway...it's a middle name for a boy that's wanted. The last name is two syllables and begins with "P".
Aidan --------- Parson
Give the baby a middle name!

lol, really? I thought that was a strange one from me, considering it isn't British, but it popped into my head so I wrote it.

It's not a good idea to name a child after a truck.

It is if Dad drives one or if Mom is Scottish. The Mac suggested by Jonas is Scottish and not spelled the same as the truck.

I would pick a middle name with either one syllable or three syllables to offset the two-syllable first and last names. There have been some good suggestions here, I don't care for "Mac" myself because it makes it sound like his name is Aidan MacParson, but that might be why you like it. If Mom is Scottish, why not Aidan Alastair Parson? Alastair being the Scottish form of Alexander. Much cooler sounding in my opinion, but I have a taste for strange names.
Some web sites that might be helpful:
NameNerds.com -- Unusual, Unique & Creative Names
NameNerds.com -- Scottish First Names ~ You might find a good Scottish name to use as a middle name here.
Also, be aware that Aidan/Jayden/Kayden/Hayden names are quite popular for boys these days, plus Hayden is on the rise as a girl's name thanks to actress Hayden Panettiere, and the masculinity of the other "-ayden"s will eventually follow. Of course you can still name him that if you love the name, but my advice is to give him an unusual middle name so he can go by that if he gets tired of being Aidan P. in all of his classes.
Good luck!
