I've never seen part three, and I only recently saw part 2 for the first time. The first movie was excellent though. I liked the way the movie showed people in a real life atmosphere such as the dingy apartment, the less than cool clothing. Much like "Blade Runner', the film showed a very "lived in" world as opposed to a polished film set. Most of the acting was first rate, and I still to this day hear people quoting the film. often at work if we are doing some chore that's repititious you'll hear "sand the floor".

And Peter Cetera is one of the best singers of all time. Not counting the Chicago work he did, his solo work sold over a million copies despite being considered Adult contemporary during a time when heavy metal dominated the market.

Karate Kid 2 is epic...one of the great sequels of all time. I saw it in the theatre when I was a kid and I had the Peter Cetera song on 7" (probably still have it around somewhere). Has anyone seen the latest Karate Kid rip-off movie, Never Back Down? It's retarded. It replaces the karate with the currently popular MMA but all the other plot elements remain the same.
