What do you think his so-called terrorist or Islamic connections mean EXACTLY? Feel free to skip explaining your position and love for Western civilization, I just honestly want to know what you think it all means, besides that you don't like him.

The implications of meeting Muslims in the context of their right to wage jihad and exert Shari'ah is akin to meeting with any extremist who hates Jews, homosexuals, is anti-equality, anti-woman, uber-creationist, etc... Any threat by a system that is designed to overtly oppress anyone not belonging to it, like Islam, needs to be vigrously resisted and in some cases actively defeated. Islam is one of many misguided notions that utopia can be achieved if only everyone were to submit. That's a dangerous mindset that lends itself to the historical fact of mass murder, oppression, and the regression of the human spirit.

So, that what it means for Obama to meet with people who adhere to an ideology that demonizes Jews, subordinates women, marginalizes and/or ultimately kills off the kaffir, not to mention being strictly god-oriented.

When Islamic states and organizations officially renounce their Islamic ideologies, and pass or promote secular laws that uphold the human right to freedom, equality, and prosperity without muddling up those notions in weasel words, doublespeak, taqiyya, etc... Then the issue of meeting with Islamists is about as precedent setting as it would if he met with a group of Episcopalians. I'm not going to hold my breath over this one.

Back to the point of the incompatibility of Islam with Democracy, and why Obama cavorting around with Islamists is crazy:


The Constitutions of both Iraq and Afghanistan are formally subordinated to Islamic law through the mechanism of ijma (scholarly consensus). The United States helped draft both these constitutions, by the way.

From Iraqi Constitution, Section One, Article 2 (1): No law can be passed that contradicts the undisputed rules of Islam.

From the Afghanistan Constitution, Article 3: In Afghanistan, no law can be contrary to the beliefs and provisions of the sacred religion of Islam.

Please explain to me how Obama reconciles the totalitariansim of Islam and its adherents, and why he feels comfortable mingling with people who have no place in their hearts for anything outside of Islam?

Bush, by the way, is guilty of the same. He should have been a champion of Western Democracy, but was not.
