“When a sitting President and his surrogates claim an election was rigged, the public has a right to know what they are claiming, full stop,” Clement wrote in that motion. “Interviewing lawyers advocating for the President is fully protected First Amendment activity, whether those lawyers can eventually substantiate their claims or not.”

But FOX continued to have Sidney Powell on after she was let go of Trump's legal team. Powell was let go on November 22nd. Link
Hannity had Powell on his Fox show on November 30th. Lou Dobbs was having Powell on his show into December.

I remember when Tucker Carlson asked Sydney Powell for evidence in regards to her wild conspiracy theory, but Powell never gave Carlson any evidence. This was around on November 20th.

On Thursday night, Carlson delivered a monologue in which he discussed President Donald Trump's attorney Sidney Powell and her claims that rigged voting software switched millions of votes from Trump to Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

According to Carlson, Powell refused to send him evidence supporting her claims, despite multiple requests from "Tucker Carlson Tonight."

"When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her," Carlson said in the Thursday segment. "When we checked with others around the Trump campaign, people in positions of authority, they told us Powell has never given them any evidence either, nor did she provide any today at the press conference."
