Love Going to Church
Re: Love Going to Church
It is the best time to try and tune out the things of the world and think of the blessings in which we have received.

I wish I could say the same thing Moksha. I really don't like sitting in Sacrament meeting. I find my most spiritual moments occur when I'm in the privacy of my own home, the kids are asleep, the house is tidy, and I can sit and reflect and pray and just listen to beautiful music.
[By the way, it was nice to find you here -- I was looking for you on LDS.net and you were gone. I did an Internet search on **banned--LDS.net** and found you here. Love the avatar. I've never seen anyone do so many creative things with a penguin!!!]

It is wonderful finding you here too. Privacy, contentment and beautiful music do indeed lend themselves to a spiritual experience.
Penguins can be quite expressive in their versatility. Did you know they discovered the Americas before Columbus?

I could not ever get past the thought of the stale bread being torn into small pieces by the unclean fingers of the teenage boys.
I was once a teenager and administered the sacrament and I will tell you that most teenage boys dig and pick with those same fingers which almost never get cleaned.
Enjoy eating that nasty piece of bread.
They should be required to wear latex/plastic gloves.

That is a great idea!
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.
