Doctor Scratch wrote:No, I guess not. I related a story told by Will Bagley in which Jack Welch was depicted as a sort of iron-fisted "puppet master" presiding over Mopologetics, and via your non-response, you seemed to agree with the depiction. And I'm cool with that.
You're not going to respond because you don't want to do anything that might impact Welch's opinion of you. I get it. If he had the JFSI people so terrified, and if he was wielding *that* much power in that meeting, then there is no way you're going to respond to what I've said.

LOL. You must really love the charge of eisegesis, because you're absolutely going for the gold on this one.
What a [word deleted] you are, Scratch.
I'm much more interested in MCB's anxiety that, if she orders the book, some "Danite army" is going to come after her. Now that is genuinely intriguing. But you? Not so much.

I don't think I'm "misinterpreting" anything. All I did was relate Bagley's account of his meeting w/ the folks at the JFS Institute. If you're not going to contradict it and say that there is literally no way that people would have behaved that way around Welch... Well, then, that's fine with me. I wondered at the outset if you would make an effort to dispel Bagley's story, but, I guess you're not going to, and that's fine.

Of course not. Bokovoy is on their "watch carefully" list. He's basically on probation w/ the likes of Welch.

Indeed, I'm withdrawing my patronage of the MI until they apologize to William and make good on their promises to publish his articles.
Doesn't the current prophet, seer, and revelator Thomas Monson support MI and therefore wouldn't your opposition and withdrawal of support of MI mean that you are opposing the church, Jesus, and Heavenly Father?

Is it free association? Little voices? "Secret informants"? Hints derived from the patterns in your morning bowl of Count Chocula?
Where do you get this stuff?
Incidentally, David Bokovoy is a superb barbecue chef. My wife and I had dinner over at his house last Friday night, along with Bill Hamblin and Dave Seely and their wives. He has a really nice yard for barbecues, too.

Do you really not know?

"Chef" is the wrong word, Dr. Peterson. A skilled maker of BBQ is called a "pit master," and I have no doubt that David is a top-notch BBQ cook. I'm glad you got to have dinner at his place---in fact, I'm jealous.
I'm also unimpressed with your dancing around the real issues here, though I'm not surprised.
