None of these have anything to do with temple worthiness, which consists of obeying a Pharisaical laundry list.

I always answer the last question with "no". And I've never been denied a temple recommend.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.
