Already "announced" since one votes as one believes. This is why being a Democrat is a sign of unbelief.
Perhaps you should start your own church where the leadership will be more in harmony with your doctrine.

Great, then you should start preaching your anti-Democratic rhetoric from the pulpit. No one should mind. :)

I do it all the time. The Church's positions against Socialism/Entitlement society and gay marriage for example.

Great. Now preach about how membership in the democratic party is a sign of apostasy. Likely you won't do it because you know I'm right. :)

Isn't it nice to know that being a democrat makes one an apostate, but that disagreeing with the church on core doctrines doesn't........
It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener at war.

Some of us, on the other hand, actually prefer a religion that includes some type of correlation with reality.

Great, I'm a democrat and disagree with a lot of "official" church doctrines... Oh well, I'd better pack my bags for outer darkness.

Wow Tobin. A double whammy. I'm afraid you're going to have to spend eternity with me. How's your poker game?
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

It is not bad. I live in Las Vegas (another strike against me). I also like beer and nachos... ok, I am screwed aren't I? Oh well, I didn't like "official" Mormon heaven anyway. Sounds terribly boring and an eternity of that would be hell.

:D! I have that theory, too. Mormon heaven is hell for everyone else. We all go to the same place. Some love it. Some hate it.

Since you live in Vegas, bring some gambling chips when you come.
