I have not been in touch with Kwaku, the church, or anyone that would feed Kwaku any of the information I have. I have no idea if Rosebud has, I haven't asked her but I would be surprised if she did. Who knows. I reached out to Rosebud the other day after not speaking to her in a few years after I saw the Kwaku video and John's lame "baseless accusations" response in which he, of course, framed himself as the victim.

The only people I have ever spoken privately about this with are John, Rosebud and a few Open Stories Foundation board members (several of which didn't want me to reveal that I had talked to them because they didn't want John to know they had talked to me).

He didn't cheat on his taxes per se, he misused tax exempt non-profit donations (passed them directly through to himself).

I did file a complaint to the IRS in 2017. It went into the complete abyss and I never heard anything back. Will try to follow up, but there's no concrete way to do so except to go back the same abyss.

I've already stated that I think a comment made by Dehlin years ago would qualify now as sexual harassment within my institution. However, this is years later, apparently legal avenues have been exhausted, and continuing to pursue this here only damages the victim further. It's not fair, but what is to be gained from this?

Do you think if John did in fact violate Open Stories Foundation's sexual harassment policy that he/they should somehow acknowledge that and hold John accountable in some way?

Considering RFM and Bill did a show basically in response to Kwaku. Considering the two guests they brought on to respond to Kwaku. Considering neither of the two interviewed had any information outside the information fed them by John Dehlin. Considering Anne has been extremely difficult on this, even, apparently to the investigating board members when their affair was coming to light. ...

Please don't go on a response show with Kwaku and company telling everyone you think Dehlin is bad but you can't really share any information you might have on the whole affair, because well...because. But you feel the need to speak out because you think Dehlin is a hypocrite (aren't we all to some extent or another) and you want to see him suffer.

I mean that'd be a bad move for you personally, I think, and for everyone else.

Maybe just take that as advice. Do with it what you will.

If you do go on a show to expose this bad man for his monstrous attacks on Anne, please only do so if you have something to bring to the table for serious consideration.

It is my understanding that Rosebud has already made that attempt. I don't agree with the way the Board handled that episode at the time. Again, it may not have been fair, but she made her best effort, and she can't control the board beyond that. It's been a decade, and Rosebud's reputation has steadily been eroded by the way she posts here, regardless of what people think about Dehlin's involvement, so again I ask, what is to be gained from this?
