Costco is great. Drawback is small selection.

Beer and candy. Sounds like Wal*Mart it is.

For books I love half.com and Amazon. Well, Amazon is good for lots of things.

For candy...Walmart or Target.

Easy. The Apple Store.

Costco, Amazon, Home Depot and Apple (online) consume about 90% of my spending.

The grocery store down the street fills the food gaps, and I occasionally drop in to Kohl's, BB&Beyond, and Target (mostly to use a coupon or peruse their clearance items - Kohl's has especially good clearance deals).

Maxilla and Mandible was great. Sadly, they closed last year.

In Denver there was a shop on Antiques Row that billed itself as Emporium of Antique Scientific Equipment and Arcane Devices. Wonderful place. In 1996--back before historic process photography became trendy--the man who ran this beautiful store sold me a ca. 1855 Holmes, Booth and Haydens daguerreotype lens for the paltry sum of $150.00.
