You really don't understand Hebrew at all, try reading this. Clearly you don't understand Judaism either. I've read enough of your post to know that you're hopeless, so go on blindly believing the lies spoon fed to you by the church if you like.

I quoted a PhD as well. I also presented the argument that sides with the consensus among Biblical scholars, those that study the Tanach and the lay people of Christianity and Judaism.

Sometimes I wonder if this is really someone's idea of a joke.

If so, they put a lot more time and effort into it than I would.

Its painfully obvious that gdemetz doesn't have a leg to stand on. Yet gdemetz claims victory in every post without reading any of the opposition's sources, without citing anything, and claiming to have provided many sources while no such sources have been cited...

So you're saying he's an apologist?

This whole argument is based around you not being able to admit that "elohim" can be singular.

Talk about dumb, now you're contradicting yourself.

I'll spell it out once more.

It obvious you didn't read my sources.

They explain that "elohim" is singular when it is about the God of Abraham because it is attached to verbs conjugated in the singular form and adjectives that imply singularity. When "elohim" is used to refer to plural gods (pagan gods) then verbs conjugated in the plural form and adjectives used to describe plural nouns are used.

I'm guessing you don't speak more than one language and that's why this is so confusing for you.
