Well, is there any other sin that a man may commit which is worthy of death? I think there is. I will refer you to one in the Book of Leviticus, 20th chapter and 10th verse.
"And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death."
Sounds like he thinks Joseph Smith's murder was just.

Since when is murder just, unless God commands it?!? Albion, there are established and documented OBE experiences which can not be rationalized by the workings of the mind only, such as the "red shoe" case I mentioned previously.
Genesis 35 1-29 Genesis 35 God tells Jacob, to go up to Bethel, live there, and build an altar to God, who appeared to Jacob when running from Esau. Jacob prepares his family to go by casting away all the things they've come to worship and do not need. They are to wash. Jacob takes all the worshipped stuff, nick-nacks and jewelry and buries them under the oak by Shechem. It seems that God has made the surrounding cities afraid of Jacob and his family, so that they are left alone. Jacob travels to Luz, in the land of Canaan (Bethel). They build the altar, and call the place Bethel . Deborah, Rebekah's nurse, dies and she is buried at the lower part of Bethel, under an 'Oak of weeping.' God appears unto Jacob again, in his coming from Padan-Aram, and blesses him. God reminds him, `That his new name is Israel and no longer Jacob. And God tells him, that He is the Almighty, be fruitful and multiply, a nation and an assembly of nations will come from Jacob, as will kings. The land given to Abraham and to Isaac is given to Israel and to his seed... Jacob sets up a standing pillar of stone, and pours oil on it. As they journey onward, and Rachel (who is with child) has serious labor pains some distance from Ephratha. She dies just after childbirth but she hears from the midwife that she had a boy a son. Rachel names him Ben-Oni (Son of my trouble) yet his father called him Benjamin (Son of my right hand). And Rachel dies, and is buried on the way to Ephratha which [is] Bethlehem and set up a marker there. And Israel traveled, and set up his tent beyond the tower of Edar. It is here that Reuben has sex Bilhah his father's concubine, and Israel finds out. Genesis 37:1-36 Jacob settled again in Canaan --- there Isaac had lived as a foreigner. Joseph is seventeen and tended his dad's flocks. He worked for his half brothers, the sons of his father’s wives Bilhah and Zilpah. Joseph reported to his father some of the bad things his brothers were doing. Jacob loved Joseph more than any of his other children because Joseph had been born to him in his old age. Jacob had a beautiful made for Josepd. The brothers hated Joseph because their father loved him more. One night Joseph has a dream, and when he tells his brothers about it, they hated him even more. Joseph says that in the dream they were out in the field, tying up bundles of grain. Suddenly his bundle stood up, and the brother's bundles all gathered around and bowed. They saw Joseph as high and mighty. And they hated him all the more because of his dream. Joseph had another dream, and again he told his brothers about it. In this dream the sun, moon, and eleven stars bowed low before him. This time he told the dream to his father as well as to his brothers, but his father scolded him. However, Jacob pondered the dreams meaning. Joseph’s brothers went to pasture their father’s flocks at Shechem. They had been gone for some time, Jacob sent Joseph to them to see how your brothers and the flocks are getting along. So Jacob sent him on his way, and Joseph traveled to Shechem from their home in the valley of Hebron. When Joseph arrived there, a man from the area noticed him wandering around the countryside. Joseph asked about his brothers. The man told him that they moved on to Dothan. So Joseph followed his brothers to Dothan. When Joseph’s brothers saw him coming, they recognized him in the distance. As he approached, they made plans to kill him and throw him into one of the cisterns. The plan being to tell the father a wild animal slayed him. But when Reuben (the eldest) heard of their scheme, he came to Joseph’s rescue. He suggested throwing Joseph into this empty cistern here in the wilderness. He would die without laying a hand on him. Reuben was secretly planning to rescue Joseph and return him to his father. When Joseph arrived, his brothers ripped off the beautiful robe he was wearing. They grabbed him and threw him into the cistern. Then, as they were sitting down to eat, they saw a caravan of camels in the distance coming toward them. It was a group of Ishmaelite traders taking a load of gum, balm, and aromatic resin from Gilead down to Egypt. Judah suggests selling Joseph into slavery Instead of hurting him. After all, he was their brother (flesh and blood). So when the Ishmaelites, who were Midianite traders, came by, Joseph’s brothers pulled him out of the cistern and sold him for twenty pieces of silver. The traders took him to Egypt. Some time later, Reuben returned to get Joseph out of the cistern. When he discovered that Joseph was missing, he tore his clothes in grief. 30 Then he went back to his brothers and cried. The brothers killed a young goat and dipped Joseph’s robe in its blood. They sent the beautiful robe to their father with a message of finding the robe. Their father recognized it immediately. Jacob thinks wild animal must have eaten him. Then Jacob tore his clothes and dressed himself in burlap. He mourned deeply for his son for a long time. His family all tried to comfort him, but he refused to be comforted. Meanwhile, the Midianite traders arrived in Egypt, and sold Joseph to Potiphar an official of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt.

Genesis 38:1-38 About this time, Judah left home and moved to Adullam, where he stayed with a man named Hirah and saw a Canaanite woman, the daughter of Shua, and he married her. through her Judah has three sons Er, Onan, & Shelah. At the time of Shelah’s birth, they were living at Kezib. In time, Judah arranged for his firstborn son, Er, to marry a young woman named Tamar. But Er was a wicked man in the Lord’s sight, so the Lord took his life. Judah says to Onan, to marry Tamar, as their law requires of the brother of a man who has died. And produce for the brother an heir (NOTE: perhaps Er was a homosexual --- as he married but doesn't seem to have had sex with his wife). Onan was not willing to have a child who would not be his own heir. So whenever he had intercourse with his brother’s wife, he spilled the semen on the ground. This prevented her from having a child who would belong to his brother. The Lord considered it evil for Onan to play around with Tamar and then deny a child to his dead brother. So the Lord took Onan’s life, also. Judah says to Tamar, his daughter-in-law, to return the parents’ home and remain a widow until Shelah is old enough to marry. But Judah didn’t really intend to do this because he was afraid Shelah would also die. Tamar goes back to live in her father’s home. Some years later Judah’s wife died. After the time of mourning was over, Judah and his friend Hirah the Adullamite went up to Timnah to supervise the shearing of his sheep. Someone tells Tamar that her father-in-law is going to Timnah to shear his sheep. Tamar was aware that Shelah had grown up, but no arrangements had been to marry him. She changed out of her widow’s clothing and covered herself with a veil to disguise herself. Then she sat beside the road at the entrance to the village of Enaim, which is on the road to Timnah. Judah noticed her and thought she was a prostitute, as she had covered her face. He stops and propositions her not realizing that she was his own daughter-in-law. Tamar asks what will he pay. Judah promises a young goat. She demands proof and gets Judah's identification seal and its cord and his walking stick. She became pregnant ---- going back home and putting on her usual widow’s clothing. Judah then asks his friend Hirah the Adullamite to take the young goat to the woman and to pick up the things he had given her as his guarantee. Hirah couldn’t find her. So Hirah returned to Judah to tell him, he couldn’t find her anywhere. Judah says to forget it they'll look like fools. About three months later, Judah was told, Tamar has acted like a prostitute. And she’s pregnant. Judah demanded that she be burned. As they were taking her out to kill her, she sent this message to her father-in-law reading the man who owns these things made me pregnant --- regarding the seal and cord and walking stick. Judah recognized them immediately declared Tamarh to be more righteous than himself, because he hadn't arrange for Tamarh to marry Shelah. Judah never slept with Tamar again. When the time came for Tamar to give birth, it was discovered that she was carrying twins. While she was in labor, one of the babies reached out his hand. The midwife grabbed it and tied a scarlet string around the child’s wrist, announcing that one to be 1st. But then he pulled back his hand, and out came his brother! The midwife was amazed. So he was named Perez. Then the baby with the scarlet string on his wrist was born, and named Zerah.

5 and she addeth again, and beareth a son, and calleth his name Shelah; and he was in Chezib in her bearing him.
6 And Judah taketh a wife for Er, his first-born, and her name [is] Tamar;
7 and Er, Judah's first-born, is evil in the eyes of Jehovah, and Jehovah doth put him to death.
8 And Judah saith to Onan, `Go in unto the wife of thy brother, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother;'
9 and Onan knoweth that the seed is not [reckoned] his; and it hath come to pass, if he hath gone in unto his brother's wife, that he hath destroyed [it] to the earth, so as not to give seed to his brother;
10 and that which he hath done is evil in the eyes of Jehovah, and He putteth him also to death.
11 And Judah saith to Tamar his daughter-in-law, `Abide a widow at thy father's house, till Shelah my son groweth up;' for he said, `Lest he die -- even he -- like his brethren;' and Tamar goeth and dwelleth at her father's house.
12 And the days are multiplied, and the daughter of Shuah, Judah's wife, dieth; and Judah is comforted, and goeth up unto his sheep-shearers, he and Hirah his friend the Adullamite, to Timnath.
13 And it is declared to Tamar, saying, `Lo, thy husband's father is going up to Timnath to shear his flock;'
14 and she turneth aside the garments of her widowhood from off her, and covereth herself with a vail, and wrappeth herself up, and sitteth in the opening of Enayim, which [is] by the way to Timnath, for she hath seen that Shelah hath grown up, and she hath not been given to him for a wife.
15 And Judah seeth her, and reckoneth her for a harlot, for she hath covered her face,
16 and he turneth aside unto her by the way, and saith, `Come, I pray thee, let me come in unto thee,' (for he hath not known that she [is] his daughter-in-law); and she saith, `What dost thou give to me, that thou mayest come in unto me?'
17 and he saith, `I -- I send a kid of the goats from the flock.' And she saith, `Dost thou give a pledge till thou send [it]?'
18 and he saith, `What [is] the pledge that I give to thee?' and she saith, `Thy seal, and thy ribbon, and thy staff which [is] in thy hand;' and he giveth to her, and goeth in unto her, and she conceiveth to him;
19 and she riseth, and goeth, and turneth aside her vail from off her, and putteth on the garments of her widowhood.
20 And Judah sendeth the kid of the goats by the hand of his friend the Adullamite, to receive the pledge from the hand of the woman, and he hath not found her.
21 And he asketh the men of her place, saying, `Where [is] the separated one -- she in Enayim, by the way?' and they say, `There hath not been in this [place] a separated one.'
22 And he turneth back unto Judah, and saith, `I have not found her; and the men of the place also have said, There hath not been in this [place] a separated one,'
23 and Judah saith, `Let her take to herself, lest we become despised; lo, I sent this kid, and thou hast not found her.'
24 And it cometh to pass about three months [after], that it is declared to Judah, saying, `Tamar thy daughter-in-law hath committed fornication; and also, lo, she hath conceived by fornication:' and Judah saith, `Bring her out -- and she is burnt.'
25 She is brought out, and she hath sent unto her husband's father, saying, `To a man whose these [are], I [am] pregnant;' and she saith, `Discern, I pray thee, whose [are] these -- the seal, and the ribbons, and the staff.'
26 And Judah discerneth and saith, `She hath been more righteous than I, because that I did not give her to Shelah my son;' and he hath not added to know her again.
27 And it cometh to pass in the time of her bearing, that lo, twins [are] in her womb;
28 and it cometh to pass in her bearing, that [one] giveth out a hand, and the midwife taketh and bindeth on his hand a scarlet thread, saying, `This hath come out first.'
29 And it cometh to pass as he draweth back his hand, that lo, his brother hath come out, and she saith, `What! thou hast broken forth -- on thee [is] the breach;' and he calleth his name Pharez;
30 and afterwards hath his brother come out, on whose hand [is] the scarlet thread, and he calleth his name Zarah.
