Thread title states "he believe" and "not believe"...all we have gotten so far is the latter...

Stop being a troll for a second and go back and read the OP.
Pay particular attention to the sentences that start with the words "I believe..."

I believe it is obvious that was attentive.......and.....
stating "i believe the Book of Mormon is NOT true" is not a statement of belief...it is simply an affirmation of disbelief.
Otherwise you provided only ambiguous statements about straddling the fence, which i suppose conclude with "i believe i am not sure what i believe".
So, again - we got a whole lot of what you don't believe in............

Here is but one example since your posts seem to be struggling with the simpler concepts.

as you can see..."infallible" - as in absolutely, trustworthy, and sure.

I will pull a subby and take that as a concession you agree that a fallible person cannot have an infallible experience. Thanks.

i do not agree
my example does not get any clearer...do you not get images on your computer?
or do you not understand the meaning of either term?
Furthermore, you have no logical, nor reasonable, explanation for the premise of a "necessary delusion of infallibility" - in other words, you have not proven that human experience is comprised of only infallible experiences....whereas i have given at least one example, so far ,that such a premise would be false.

you have asked for the example and were given a rather simple and easily digested example....

before you continue with your usual manner perhaps you should consider the rather ironic premise you are proposing.
Simply put, if what you are saying is "true", that is to say - if fallible creatures are incapable of infallible experiences, then that very statement must be, in fact, false....otherwise the "truth" of that statement would be an "infallible experience".
(quite a conundrum you have gotten yourself in to)

I remember you proposing the spiritual experience can give one absolute knowledge. You have made the proposition, and I have asked you to back them up. I realize that will never happen.

I see logic is not one of your strengths.

your response here is a great example of THIS
(and for the record, with regard to your memory, please CFR my proposition and i will gladly "back that up".)

Truth is - what I stated above is completely accurate -
You are proposing an infallible truth while admitting that it is impossible for you to propose such a thing!
Unless you would care to explain/support how you-fallible can experience the truth-infallible?....

Themis, you may by now have realised that subgenius is more interested in dragging threads down a rabbit hole of petty semantics rather than discuss the thread topic itself.

It makes me laugh to watch you accuse others what you are guilty of, and just so you can avoid what you have proposed.

and yet it is your greatest weakness, so at least we are on equal footing.

I have brought up a number of your lies. I guess lying is not something you think is wrong. I am still waiting for you to back up what you have proposed. I have only been showing others that you continue to avoid.

Ok, then let us return to the "thread topic"
Now that we have received volume 1, titled "what you do not believe" we are waiting for volume 2 "what you do believe"...as was noted before, and has no doubt been noticed by most lurkers and those with modest reasoning abilities and literacy.

For example...you could post a statement like "I believe in my attending Priesthood/Quorum at my ward because....."

(and i am sure Themis appreciates you trying to bail him out, but the fact remains - Themis is proposing that an infallible experience is possible for a fallible creature.)
