That the WoW is brought up specifically certainly means it has more importance then ones that are either not brought up or are only referenced in general terms. If one admits they smoked, drank alcohol or coffee/tea and it was a mistake and intend to stop will most likely get their TR. If they say they will not be, then I don't know any Bishop who will give them one.

Seems to me the TR interview is all about outward appearances....how a would be attendee appears and sounds to the outside world. JMV but I think it's all about control and nothing else. I wonder if Jesus had to go through a TR interview before going into the temple courts to turn over the tables of the money changers?
