On the thread "DCP Naming Names Again" a number of individuals have raised a very disturbing issue that I think needs proper, thorough and expedient investigation.

As a poster on this board, a board that I truly enjoy participating on, I have a vested interest in the team of moderators (who do a pretty thankless task) being people who have solid integrity.
The above posts suggests that at least one of the team of moderators here is not beyond abusing their position. I think we deserve (and you deserve) that to be properly checked into. If these are mischievous, false and malicious posts by Scratch, Yahoo and Everybody Wang Chung, then I believe they should be banned for life from any involvement here. If they are subsequently found to be accurate, then IMHO the same fate needs to befall the moderator(s) in question.
I really like this board, I think it's brilliant.
But we cannot have a Sword of Damacles hanging over our in real life identities because of a rogue moderator. Equally, we cannot have a situation where moderators character is allowed to be called into question frivolously.
We, the posters, the moderators and you the owner, need to clear this up properly and quickly. I've made this public because I think as well as being sorted out, it needs to be seen to be sorted out. I hope you don't mind that I did so.
