I agree completely

Who can blame them?

I certainly don't!

Become 'spiritual' in their views of an afterlife. They become, like me, lost in the vaugeries of agnosticism.

Not a bad place to live in (I imagine)

BINGO!!!!!!

So in rejecting the faith he also rejects God.

Indeed!

too funny ... but yes I'm not just being nasty, I believe this is a valid aspect of this whole issue that needs to be taken into account.

In my fairly extensive experience with this, I know the honest answer. That is why for a chapel Mormon this term is nothing but a stop sign, out of their own fear that they will also be deceived, lose the HG and then jobs, families, etc, as all that one has is contingent upon enduring to the end.

There needs to be an understanding just where LDS sensitivity comes from when their faith is the topic of discussion in a negative way.

Or is it that there "needs to be" less sensitivity by LDS when their religion is criticized?

The LDS church is not just criticized but mocked and bashed. The temple ceremony video is a case in point, not to mention the magic underwear comments during the election. There is a fine line between mocking and being critical.

And no matter what is said, posted, quoted, discussed, implied, shown, hidden, etc. you would find a way to call it mocking, or bashing.

Don't you get tired of being a hypocrite?

Hmm. As a Catholic, you don't believe that there are reasons to criticize the Church? Is it not true that Temple worthy Mormons wear special underwear with magic symbols? Do they believe in their own special history that cannot be substantiated in any way by anyone? Do Mormons believe in a prophet that has been historically proven to be a liar, cheat and thief?
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.
