Over in the Terrestrial Forum, I have started another thread related to the original topic of this one.
http://mormondiscussions.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=27698
Those who believe that the Mormon God can operate within natural law to accomplish his work, or can contravene natural law at will, or even exists, should be able explain why the evidence to the contrary described at the above listed URL is not valid or does not apply.
Well?
Are the Laws of Nature Immutable? Or does God get a Pass?

Well?
There is a perfectly good discussion here? Why attempt to change venue?

As noted, the OP and follow-on post of the other thread were intended to address unfounded claims of religionists on several related threads, including this one. Starting a new thread obviated the need to post essentially the same information on three different threads.
It would be perfectly appropriate for you to respond on this thread, if you would care to do so.

It has nothing to do with having a venue where you can insult others more? I have no interest in those portions of hte website for that reason. It seems that most here simply want to mock and insult more than anything else. This is unnecessary, and contradicts the concept of discussion.

As I stated above, it would be perfectly appropriate for you to respond here. If your tender sensibilities preclude you from reading posts in the Terrestrial Forum, I would be more than happy to re-post the OP here. Just say the word.

If that were the case, you would have posted here first.

Really?
That is your response?
Why don't you just address the issue?

Because it does not matter. This website seems to exist to oppose another pro-Mormon forum. There is a need to have an enemy, a white whale, to rail against. Most of the more intelligent, academic Mormon thought is not occurring in places like this, but on blogs around the internet. I see no reason to feed the beast, so to speak. If there is something I am interested in, I will comment, but other than that, I simply do not care to get into a fight about something insubstantial, I do not like fighting, it is not my interest. I am a pacifist, which is odd given my occupation, but I am not interested in fighting with you.

Right, as clearly demonstrated on the other thread where I finally had to refer you to earlier posts with images and precise descriptions of places we worked in Oman.

Yes.
You claimed to have visited a location. You know nothing about the location, the things you have said are not only wrong, but completely opposite of reality. But you have pictures...?
Two possibilities.
1. You're making it all up.
2. You were there, and not only did you learn nothing, but you learned things that were the exact opposite of what is really going on. You admit to being made a fool of by the local population who fleeced you mercilessly.
Not really a choice I would put myself in, but then again...I actually did live there, and I did learn. But please call me a fool for doing what you could not. That makes sense!!!
