Exactly.
written by many but authored by one - so what is your point?

Well, that's what the men told you had happened.
Who pulled the Bible together?
The King James Version was "pulled together" by King James...but well before that John Wicliffe....the council at Nicea did so as well...and for the most part...no one really knows....as the originals are not to be found...
seems that you have trouble discerning between "man speaking" and "God speaking"...which speaks to a deficiency in actually reading the Scriptures, imho.

How can one differentiate reliably?
That said, with the Book of Mormon, we are not dealing with a civilization with no written record. What we are dealing with is a written record with no civilization. (Runtu, Feb 2015)

- The King James Version was translated to English by translators sponsored by King James I. (In 1604-11, from Hebrew and Greek.)
- John Wycliffe translated the Latin Vulgate to English, two centuries before.
- The Council of Nicaea had nothing to do with biblical canon (the "pulling together").
- ... other erroneous views between ellipses? ...
- Whenever a poet or preacher, chief or wizard spouts gibberish, the human race spends centuries deciphering the message. - Umberto Eco - To assert that the earth revolves around the sun is as erroneous as to claim that Jesus was not born of a virgin. - Cardinal Bellarmine at the trial of Galilei

Well, I heard for a fact in my LDS Gospel Doctrine Class that Adam was a Mormon and I assume that somewhere there has been LDS speculation that God and Jesus were also Mormon.
So what is the scoop of this?
by the way, as Mormons, would the current Church President preside if they were all in a meeting?
Adam was Not a Mormon. Adam lived sometime before 3,000 BCE. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Also Known as the Mormon Church) did come into existence until the 19th century. That is when the Mormons came into existence.

If Jesus read anything in the temple, it was the Torah. Jesus was Jewish, not a Christian. Josephus described Jesus as a Rabbi. Are you Jewish?
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

The Old Testament Jesus read at the temple in Jerusalem is the very same Hebrew text we may read today. Jesus validated the Old Testament text.
I repeat, who pulled the Bible together?
