I think you can put Joseph Smith in that category. I don't believe any other LDS prophet since him would qualify. Certainly the further away in time you get from Joseph Smith, the less prophetlike the head of the LDS Church has appeared.

Good point. I was trying to point all that all prophets throughout all time were full of crap. But the current batch of LDS prophet, seers, and revelators don't even phone in a performance anymore. At least Joseph Smith put on a good show for the folks...when he wasn't putting the moves on the local women and girls.

Actually I think its the other way around.

Joseph Smith borrowed from other sources , and all the rest of the prophets spend their time making up reasons to believe him.
