We should all know by now that facts and evidence are stupid and liberal and anti-Mormon. It doesn't matter that whites and blacks use drugs in mostly equal percentages. For the sake of argument, let us accept ldsfaqs' premise that the seed of Ham---you know, that lineage of whom the LDS Church once accepted ownership of a human being named Green Flake as tithing-in-kind---commits proportionally more crimes than other ethnic groups (we'll excuse for the moment what types of crimes we're talking about). If that were true, why should any individual black person convicted of a crime get a longer sentence than a similarly-situated person of a different ethnicity who was convicted of the same crime?

Note: this explanation might involve reciting how the tribal god of the ancient Hebrews often discriminated against people based on their perceived lineage or nationality.

Those who actually work and are experienced with Law Enforcement know this to be the SIMPLE FACTS!

How about those who actually work and are experienced with white collar crime, ldsfaqs? Would they say black people are largely to blame for insider trading, pyramid schemes, and other types of financial crimes?
