Hard for me to know for sure, what with me being banned and all . . .
She still posts there but not very often. She took some flack on that board for doing some cross posting from a parallel thread here, (IIFC it was about what lies were posted on FAIR or something like that and many posters here cannot post there so she would copy responses from here over there.) After that she cut back her posting a lot over there.
They truly will eat their own over there.
She is good people. It is a shame we do not see here.
"Any over-ritualized religion since the dawn of time can make its priests say yes, we know, it is rotten, and hard luck, but just do as we say, keep at the ritual, stick it out, give us your money and you'll end up with the angels in heaven for evermore."
I would also like further clarification from the resident apologist for the following:
*Multiple accounts of Joseph Smith's First Vision. *Joseph Smith's practice of Plural marriage. *Showing how the church was less than forthcoming about the translation of the Book of Mormon *The translation of the Book of Abraham.
Please note, I do not want a synopsis from the recent essays. I want to know sources that I can go to that were widely publicized prior to the church's new clarification campaign. I know you'll go to Nelson's Ensign article for the Book of Mormon translation. Do you have anything beyond that, which didn't come from an anti-mormon source?
Is it just me or does anyone else fine that the Tanners and others who were labeled as "anti" actually got some things correct to which the church is now admitting?
BC: my testimony is hanging in the balance. If you can help me, I'll go back to church and throw off the ex-mormon role I have espoused.
Here is another good thing about Bcspace: He posts at MD&D (or at least he used to) but never drank the Kool-Aid about not posting here. He broke out of their cloistered existence into a world of diverse and uncensored ideas. He jumped the fishbowl and survived.
Still do. I've even posted there the advantages of this board over that one and made public invite for all to join us here as well in order to help balance out the overwhelming DAMU flavor. I've recommended the Celestial forum for the squeamish. Over there, I reference this board (and link to it as well) as Shade's board or the Shady board and never refer to it as "the board which shall not be named" as others do.
Edit: by the way a few others do post here under different names. Try looking in the Celestial forum as well.

As i noted in the other thread, 'proof left to the student'. I already gave you a freebie. HInt: For the Book of Abraham, check out what the Church said in it's official publication (in two plus articles) almost immediately after the papyri fragments were found. The Book of Abraham is a dead issue critically and there has been nothing since to improve upon the work of the old charlatan, scoundrel, and purveyor of diploma mills, Dee Jay Nelson.

You're a winner. I know you can do it.
Laman and Lemuel saw and heard an angel. What makes you think you can do better?
