Another common xian deception (among Protestants) involves the obfuscation and/or marginalization of Martin Luther's antisemitism. This is very similar to how Mormons sometimes try to obfuscate and/or marginalize polygamy.

If I were a Jew I would be deeply offended by xians who attempt to marginalize the Holocaust by saying things like, "The Holocaust was no big deal because everybody has to die at some point..."

I didn't say that at all. However, the holocaust is directly the result of the Jews rejection of Christ. And in fact the holocaust started with Babylon invasion. A remnant of the nation returned home so that God's prophecy concerning the Christ might be fulfilled. And then the temple was again destroyed in 70 AD and the Jews were dispersed. And again, a remnant is returning to the promised land so that Christ might return according His prophecy.
