I'm hard wired into thought over emotion.
I don't trust feelings, but I do trust instinct.
Is there a difference?

Seems like a more correct phrasing would be the "Lord can dump anyone at anytime and in anyway", but you need to consider whether the Bishop or Stake President in question is really acting on the will of God or out of a matter of personal preference.

by the way, you are not using the term Lord to refer to any higher ranking priesthood holder are you?

This is my current thinking on the manner, but they may be because since this new Bishop was called there have more than a few differences of opinion between us being discovered in Ward Council and the Council has tended to support my position more often than not.
(It should be noted that this Bishop was HPGL when I began my tenure as EQP and we have always served well together....maybe his brief stint with High Council changed things...hmmm?

No, but when I am speaking with an HP I often refer to EQ as the "Low Priests Group".
