How old do you have to be to become a High Priest?

Let's say you are never called to a Bishopric or Stake Presidency, or High Councilor position, can you eventually become a High Priest anyway? And if so, at what age? I know girls who can get endowed in their early 20s who aren't getting married or going on a mission, but want to be endowed anyway, so I was wondering if something similar is with becoming a High Priest at a certain age.

If you don't get a calling that will make you a HP, they will make you one at 50.
