The Church takes no position on the location of the main events described in the Book of Mormon other than they happened somewhere in the America's. Internal to the Book of Mormon itself ties most closely to Mesoamerica. I subscribe to that theory.

Absolutely. And if you look closely over the Madonna's shoulder you'll see the three Nephites in silhouette.

That makes sense that the three Nephites are the men in black.

I can't quite make it out. Does the little alien's cookbook say "How To Serve Man?"
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

The problem with historical evidence with the Neal a maxewell institute and fair is that their main guys all push the meso American theory. If they had people who are looking at Native American culture the hopewell and North American geography they would have something to work with.

But once again anybody who needs physical evidence has left. Everyone else relies on the first principle and ordinance of the gospel FAITH

David McKane, your latest comment once again proves that LDS members are divided against each other.

And nobody needs or gains anything with fabricated evidence and hoax artifacts unless they have an unhealthy need to offset the truth. If that is what it takes to give the Book of Mormon an illusion of being real then something is wrong.

People have been predicting the end of the church for almost two hundred years. The church has never stopped growing.

Nobody on this forum has disproved that the Hopewell are not the Nephites. Your response was to do my own research that's hilarious.

I have done hundreds of hours of research on the Hopewell and historical accounts of different tribes.
