The Unicorn of the King James translation is likely a rhinoceros. The Behemoth could have been a brachiosaur. Some, who are not intimidated by evolutionary presuppositions, dare to suggest that the leviathan may have been some variety of ancient dinosaur – now extinct. Such thoughts may bother you; however, they do not bother me.

The dinosaurs died out some 65 million years ago. Their closest living descendant is what we call fried chicken.

I'm sure that you aren't troubled much by thoughts, Nipper.

I sure you're not deterred by thoughts of your own...

Radiometric dating works. The so called "soft tissue" of dinosaurs is just an artifact of iron preservation.

I have evidence and science, Nipper. Not Bronze Age myths. My people fly to other planets. Yours mutter the ancient inanities. My thoughts utilize knowledge, not visions that have been disproven. You can only repeat and can never explain. You still wait for a second coming that is 2,000 years over due. You excuse failed prophecies and fraudulent prophets, you can't distinguish between literal and fabulist, between history and fantasy. That's your right but many of us see through it and are not afraid to acknowledge it.

This is as silly as the Mormon tapir story. Really, Nipper. There are silly creatures in medieval bestiaries, there's no reason to think the writers of the Bible were zoologists. They were stupid enough to think that you can drive evil spirits into a herd of pigs, for instance.

Radiometric measures only the character of the surrounding mineral.stone deposits. As for you remark of only iron preservation please see http://www.nature.com/articles/ncomms8352

Sorry, but if I were a believer that dino existed millions and millions of years before man, I would be very troubled by any scientific discovery which revealed that soft tissue of any sort had survived the ravages of supposed eons... It would be more profound than finding an undamaged Dresden figurine in the rubble after the Blitz.

I cannot send demons into swine, but God can, and Jesus Christ is God. There is no reason to believe that the writers of the Bible all lived in Manhattan either. They often lived out in the wild. They were far closer to nature in their day than you or I could even dream of being ---- unless of course you have been on Survivor.
