Re: DNA scientists claim that Cherokees are from the Middle
It's funny. I hear the argument frequently that dark skins is a spiritual reference rather than a physical one, and yet it is consistently referring to people who actually had darker skin. What a coincidence!

McKane wrote:There is no research that contradicts the research done about haplo group x.
That statement doesn't even need to be replied to, just quoted. You sink your own ship with statements like that, McKane.
Look at the map there is no DNA evidence that Native American haplo group x ever stepped foot in Central Asia or siberia

Notwithstanding your broken link that you have now posted here dozens of times without fixing, PNGs from Wikipedia do not constititute research or proof.
by the way, do you ever look at your own links? Next to the map which I presume you were attempting to link to is the exact opposite of your argument using that link:
The main occurrence of X in Asia discovered so far is in the Altai people in Siberia,[13]

There is no point in responding to you further, other than to just supply you with links of actual, real research, because your approach is so unrealistic.
Please read Dr. Southerton's research. Disagree with it all you want, but you need to learn how actual research is done.

Lemme no point in responding mean you can't refute the DNA research stateing Native American haplo group x is found in the Middle East. Southerton is misleading his readers

At least Simon's links work. Why should any lurker take you seriously when you continue to post a broken link?

It's proabably best that you do not look at research that supports the Book of Mormon and Bible

This is just laughable.
Either you are sincere in your beliefs and think they can hold up to scrutiny , or you are just trolling people here with no intention of defending a position or you're simply incapable of understanding that you are damaging your own position with this type of response.
How hard can it be to fix a link which is not working?

Southerton is not misleading anyone. He says haplo group x is found in the middle east. Haplo type x2a is not, and is distantly related to other subgroups of haplo type x. One of your many problems is that it arrived in North America long before Book of Mormon times. You continue to ignore this important fact.

Don't even try to go there because this is what you are advocating:
"Caucasian North American Indians"

"This Caucasian race of Indian was exterminated off the face of North America leaving behind only a rare footprint on the North American continent."

bomgeography, you cannot fall back on the LDS church for your defense. You have stated in other posts here that the apostles were wrong to say in temple dedicatory prayers that the Mayans are the seed of Lehi. You have taken a direction with haplogroup x that your church does not support. You have made claims about the Cherokee of having ancient white ancestry and have being Nephites while labeling the plains Indians as Lamanites. You even tried once to claim as a source the Central Band of Cherokee, who have been definitively proven to have no American Indian ancestry and are nothing but a group of whites pretending to be Indians. The church does not do what you are doing and does not support your position. In fact, if a priesthood leader over you were to tell you to stop and you didn't, you could be found to be in apostasy.
You have all but said that the plains Indians are the wicked ones in the Book of Mormon while claiming that other ancient people were the white and delightsome righteous ones. The LDS church has spent years now trying to reduce the kind of racism that you are producing. Good luck because you are on your own. And if you are really a member of the armed forces of the United States you are violating an official instruction by promoting a supremacist doctrine. You cannot back it up with science, you cannot back it up with any claim that the Book of Mormon is a historical record. You have gone maverick from your church so you won't be able to back up your claims with the excuse that they are any kind of doctrine of your church. Good luck.
