Well, if you read the most recent posts by Juliann on that thread, she's playing nice now with everyone (critics and TBMs), probably in an effort to prove ALarson and others wrong. Maybe what he posted woke her up to how horribly nasty she comes across. But I doubt it.
, I believe it was Rev Testament yesterday who said that this was the worse post he had ever seen...and he is pretty devotd to the church. I think we put a burr in her butt..
I've never had or seen an online interaction with Juliann or Calm/Nemesis where they were not rude at some point.

Posters go there and point out the church's faults and weaknesses and she can't deal with it and gets frustrated. I know it is tough dealing with the reality that the church isn't what it claims to be, but that is what it is. She doesn't want to admit it or cannot admit it. However, that is why she acts the way she does, in my opinion. I think frustration with the indefensible claims is why a lot of the vehement defenders act the way they do over there.
Yes, this.

I wonder why Scott Lloyd hasn't entered the thread yet with his "anti-mormon" name calling? Certainly, he must maintain the trademark, he is the chairman of the "anti-mormon" name calling league. One must be forever on guard against those devil like creations and it is those evil persons who are really behind Juliann's troubles.

There are many who didn't engage or participate on that thread (at least once juliann became worse and worse with her comments). I believe many believers over there really don't care for her at all.
It is interesting she's now responding to those who no longer believe when she was banning them or asking them to leave earlier in the thread. ALarson was right and maybe she gets it now (a one sided discussion goes nowhere).
That was one of the dumbest MAD threads I've ever read.

He responded a couple of times.

With the obsessive attempt to control information flow, MD&D is like a hospital of sick who do not want to be healed. It is a direct result of Mormon doctrine and culture, fear of admitting the historical facts of the church and the weak foundations upon which it is built.
There are TBMs who are open to information, who are reasonable and compassionate, and they have my respect, unfortunately, that board does not follow such a pattern.
