Ok, wishful thinking on my part as to who might make a good addition to you and EAllusion since you brought it up.

He only did that to compete with your raised hand.

Definitely not going to happen. As much as I believe in doing one's civic duty I like being able to take breaks now and again. Also I'm self-aware enough to know there are some who would absolutely swear MDB off if so, too. And rightly so. I'm a bit of a dick.

I will support your experiment, Dr. Shades.

If I say I've only ever endorsed one other candidate and that was EA could you be persuaded?

I appreciate the vote of confidence, but part of why I enjoy posting here is that I don’t ever have to even think out self-censoring based on being a mod. So, you can be kind of a dick and I can be kind of a selfish bastard.

Great; THANK YOU! :-)

Can't say anything against that argument. Cheers!

But I like that. I could pay you in candy under the table.

How about 100 Grand per year?

Yeah, I really don't think I'd make a good mod. Just trying to be a little self-aware.

ETA: That wasn't asking for a bigger 100 Grand payout as tempting as that may be. I really am not fishing with that statement. I know me. I know why even though I like a lot of posters here EA has been the only person I really felt to express endorsement for when his name came up. I'll respect Res' self interested point and disavow I ever endorsed him, the bastard.

Ditto. (I don't agree, as I explained on the other thread, but here on the thread I started I just wanted to formally note that I will support.)

If we are taking votes, I suspect Honor and RI would both make good mods, I can appreciate them not wanting to though. They both seem to posses a pretty even hand and can approach things in a relatively unbiased manner and that can definitely be something many of us have a hard time with.

I haven't made it through the whole thread in Terrestrial (it was filled up pretty quickly) but from what I have seen from Shades I like and respect the decision.

P.S. Honor, thinking you wouldn't be a good mod actually shows you have potential, it means your self aware enough to learn and be good at it.
