Yes, it shows up about 5 other times on right wing rags where they totally misrepresent what is said in the article. For fun, go to the cnn article and search for the word "vote" and "election" and see how well the article actually corresponds to the stupidity in the OP.

That's ridiculous. Of course it's implied. Pelosi is highlighted with an interview video embedded, it's a CNN article, and the article strongly implies women getting their way, which, I don't know how you think they'd be talking about getting men to vote Republican by withholding sex.
