I'm not sure that's technically accurate. I think she touched the mic. He karate chopped her arm. Neither here nor there. The issue is whether given the sum total of his behavior it's fair to pull his pass. I think it is. Beyond that we can just agree to disagree. I remember Obama revoking access on occasion, and don't remember anybody accusing infringement of constitutional rights over it.
He didn't "karate chop" her arm.
A karate chop like movement is the impression that the "doctored" video where the frames were sped up (I call that editing, but whatever) was intended to leave on the viewer.
It didn't happen.
You don't care about that. You're spitballing and everyone here knows it.

I'm not entirely sure if his press pass should have been pulled. I lean toward suspending it, not pulling it permanently. The reason that I say that is because he ignored a direction from the POTUS--referring to the office, not the person who holds it. But at the same time, I also think that Trump played his part in egging on the situation, and the White House aide should certainly be counseled about how to more appropriately gain physical access to the mic and learn when not to attempt to do so. She should have waited for the exchange to conclude instead of trying twice to grab it. And yes, I understand she was trying to do her job.
The entire series of exchanges was combative, awkward, and embarrassing.

He'll get it back when Beto wins the Presidency. Heh.

Trump routinely defines any organization that prints a story that he does not like as a 'fake news' organization and has repeatedly named many of the larger major press organizations as 'fake news' if they don't fall in line playing the sycophant, as Fox does.
Are you sure that you agree that the majority of news organizations produce and report exclusively fake news stories? This is where you're going with your statement above.

Haven't I already addressed this more than once? Are you reading my posts, canpakes?
Nowhere in my posts have I said that I agree that "the majority of news organizations produce and report exclusively fake news stories." And no, that's not where I'm "going".
Do you imagine that I need someone to think for me?
I've already clearly stated my positions on what he's stated and what I think his motivations are. Multiple times.
Read the totality of my posts. I'm not going backwards here. Pulling one sentence out of all the sentences that I've written isn't accurately representing what I have stated here.

Are you asserting the opposite?
Upstream, you posted:

Are you asserting that a particular member of the press corps had their access revoked under Obama?

I appreciate the time and energy that you've put into your posts within this thread. But the sentence that I asked about is worded in a way that caught my eye, given Trump's attempt to conflate the meaning of 'fake news' and his near-exclusive (if not total) use of the term to identify stories that he just doesn't like.
"Fake news" is everyone's 'enemy', but what you and I would define as such is not what Trump is referring to. I believe that this distinction matters if one is going to claim agreement with Trump given that he uses the term dishonestly.
