It's legal if you tell a lawyer to do it for you. Uh huh. Keep talking.
help me out - what crime has Trump committed and/or confessed to committing?

Asserting an ‘advice of counsel’ defense generally constitutes a waiver of attorney client privilege. In other words, subgenius, President Trump screwed up hard and I'd be surprised if this doesn't open up the floodgates with the DoJ. There are something like 7,000 items with regard to to Trump and all his dealings with Cohen that were protected. Not any more.

i am sorry, but even after reading your post slowly and moving my lips....what was the crime he confessed in this "tweet"?
and newsflash, attorney-client privilege doesn't exist for anyone when it involves ongoing criminal conduct but you can look up crime-fraud exception on your own....and while you are at it, look into what a taint team is (dang these lawyers can be funny).

That's your shtick? You're just going to stick to "if Trump doesn't admit to criminal wrongdoing then he didn't do anything wrong"?
Great angle I suppose, but it ain't going to work out for him.

It's a response to me. That tweet is Donald Trump adopting a defense that admits his involvement. Sub thinks its fine because he's become a radical skeptic about the possibility of knowing mental states and thinks that's reasonable, but it's not fine. And while we have that already on tape, it's hilariously inept to be saying. His attorneys are getting blackout drunk tonight.

I'm sorry to have to say that what is happening before our very eyes is largely a repeat of what happened up in Terrestrial in the last few years: basically, the old apologists who were willing to stand manfully up to defend the Book of Mormon, the Book of Abraham and the leaders of the CoJCoLDS were driven into extinction by the simple fact that they simply could never win the argument. The evidence and the logic of their opponents was just too much for them to cope with. Some went silent, and some retreated to the MADboard. It's like we fished out all the tasty codfish, and are now left with a few jellyfish like mentalgymnast: a mass extinction event.
There's hardly anyone left up there to argue with in the old way: it's much less fun than before.
Now look at what has happened here: all we have left on the side of Truth, Justice and the Mormon Way is basically subgenius. Some days I am almost grateful for him. Time I took up solitaire instead, perhaps.
Zadok: I did not have a faith crisis. I discovered that the Church was having a truth crisis. Maksutov: That's the problem with this supernatural stuff, it doesn't really solve anything. It's a placeholder for ignorance.
What's odd is, as demonstrated by this thread, there's nothing too bizarre, too base, too untruthful to sway a Trump supporter's opinion about Trump's fitness to be President. I posted a tweet from Trump touting an 87-page 'counter witch hunt report' which is so absurd that in of itself ought to have embarrassed his base into ditching him.
Nothing is too embarrassing or too ridiculous for his base to ditch Trump.
Subgenius embodies the state of American politics, and it's apparent to me dialogue with a Trump supporter, outside of a tutorial for sane people, is pointless. He's forever entrenched. It's sad. It's really sad.
