Largest single group of migrants ever tunnels under border wall in Arizona, says Border Protection

The largest single group of asylum seekers ever to cross into the U.S. tunneled beneath the border wall near San Luis, Arizona, on Monday, voluntarily turning themselves into Customs and Border Protection, according to the agency.

Migrants can be seen marching toward Border Patrol agents by the hundreds, according to video obtained by ABC News. Smugglers dug a series of seven holes, only a few feet long beneath the steel border fence, with hundreds going beneath the wall and a smaller number clambering over it, according to CBP.

The fresh sand and scuff marks of shoes on the rusty steel were still there when ABC News visited the site on Thursday.

I love that Trump just got owned by nearly 400 immigrants most of whom were children.

First, they easily bypass an existing wall without anyone noticing, proving how meaningless a wall truly is. And then instead of running into the cities like "animals" and "criminals," they calmly turned themselves in to border patrol to apply for asylum. How can you not respect that?

President Donald Trump has faced backlash after his 2020 campaign team launched a new fundraising drive to send bricks to the offices of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.)

The Republican National Committee, Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale and Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. each hyped the initiative and its BuildTheBorderWall.com website on Twitter Friday.

The website itself encourages people to “send a brick to Chuck and Nancy” as part of the “fight to fund” Trump’s proposed wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Its home page offers people two options to either “send Nancy a brick” or to “send Chuck a brick.” It features a photograph of a red brick superimposed with an SMS number to which people can text to donate to the cause — and the claim that enough fentanyl entered the U.S. in 2018 to “kill every American.”

“President Trump came up with a brilliant idea to make sure Chuck and Nancy have no choice but to listen to the American people,” reads the text on each of the “send Nancy a brick” and “send Chuck a brick” pages.

It allows people to “send” one brick for $20.20. Subsequent bricks work out at $20 each.

However, the small print reveals the bricks will be “faux.” It also notes the money will go to the Trump Make America Great Again Committee ― “a joint fundraising committee composed of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. and the Republican National Committee.”

Trump, to his supporters: “You think that you’re sending a brick and a messsage, but you’re only sending me your money!”

So very Trump. ; )

I didn't know where else to put this. Probably someone will start a thread about it. I just got done trying to listen to the live stream of his announcement. It kept cutting in and out but...

based on what I did hear, I think he's going to pull this off, folks. He's going to get the 5.7B in exchange for concessions on DACA, etc. I couldn't quite hear all the concessions.
