Sorry. What he said was so bizarre, it almost seemed too good to be true.

Smart wall!

Steel slat see through barrier with sensors and drones.

That doesn't seem bizarre to me. It seems like it's something we've discussed here prior. I know that Cam did at least.

1. You're a failed business owner who blames brown people for your inability to make a living selling eye glasses.

I'm doing fine Kevin.

3. You're an idiot, and human garbage who keeps blaming illegal immigration for things they have nothing to do with. They're far more humble, moral, law abiding and hard working than you and your ilk. That's why you hate them.

If I were, why would you come to a country built by people like myself? A country full of people like myself? Latinos all hate gringos but are dying to come to the US. Very strange.
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

So now you're cool with negotiating after Trump takes the dreamers as hostages? What's the difference between that and federal workers getting pay? I'm not certain Trump would ever in a million years give DACA kids a path to citizenship. We saw how his Stephen Miller talked him out of that during his first year in office. It would make people like ajax want to go off themselves.

The difference is that the federal workers had nothing to do with what Trump wanted. They were hostages because they were harmed to get something Trump couldn’t get through the normal process of passing a bill. DACA, on the other hand, was an executive program and Trump is the Executive. If you take the position that you won’t negotiate over DACA unless Trump first conceded that the dreamers can stay, you might as well kiss the Dreamers goodbye.

Twitter mocks Trump's idea for 'smart walls' that the Democrats originally suggested

The Internet was quick to mock President Donald Trump's proclamation to build "smart walls" not "medieval walls" in Friday's address to the nation from the White House Rose Garden.

Twitter users asked, "Will they be compatible with Apple?" and "Will they play Netflix?" (See more clever remarks — many of them loaded with snark — in the gallery above.)

Interestingly, Trump's support of a more high-tech cyber wall was a nod to the sort of system with a strategic investment in security, as Democrats have suggested, over a massive concrete structure.

Earlier this week, No. 3 House Democratic leader Jim Clyburn, D-S.C., said, "If his $5.7 billion is about border security, then we see ourselves fulfilling that request, only doing it with what I like to call using a 'smart wall.'"

Trump also contradicted past remarks he has made in favor of a more traditional concrete barrier, and said, "We do not need 2,000 miles of concrete wall from sea to shining sea."

"We never did, we never proposed that, we never wanted that, because we have barriers at the border where our natural structures are as good as anything we can build," he said. "They're already there. They've been there for millions of years."

Trump announced the government — after a record 35-day partial shutdown — will temporarily reopen for a few weeks while he negotiates with Congress on his demand for billions of dollars to pay for a U.S.-Mexico border wall.

He threatened to shut down the government again or use his presidential powers to address the border issue if he doesn't get what he's calling a "fair deal."

Trump says the border barrier he wants built shouldn't be "controversial" because it will keep drugs and criminals from crossing into the United States. In addition to saying the barrier would be "smart," he said it would have "see-through visibility."

Will it be a wall? Or a fence?

“I am a builder. I build great buildings. Building a border — you know they talk about, ‘Oh, I don’t know, how can we possibly build a fence that nobody can climb over?’ I would build a border like you’ve never seen before. Nobody’s climbing over.” — Speech during the Freedom Summit

Aug. 25, 2015
Jeb Bush just talked about my border proposal to build a "fence." It's not a fence, Jeb, it's a WALL, and there's a BIG difference! - Twitter

Jan. 11, 2017
“On the fence — it’s not a fence. It’s a wall. You just misreported it.” — News conference in Manhattan

Sept. 14, 2017
The WALL, which is already under construction in the form of new renovation of old and existing fences and walls, will continue to be built. - Twitter

You think you built this country? You're a boil on the ass of this country and an embarrassment. I guarantee you I've done more for America and Americans in one year than you have in your entire life. I've paid more taxes, I've worked more hours and I've done more charity.

Latinos don't "all hate gringos," and the fact that you even said this proves you're an idiot. They want to come to the US because there is opportunity to work hard and make a living and they actually believe we're a Christian nation (yeah, right). They don't ask for much. They're usually perfectly satisfied living on the margins of society, dwelling in trailer parks that would otherwise go out of business, keeping local gas stations in business because of all the crap food they buy in between construction shifts, and living 3 people to a bedroom while buying cheap goods at Walmart and TJ Max because it makes them feel rich. They're the reason we're not paying 40% more for our food, entertainment and housing. You're just too much of an economic illiterate filled with racist hate to understand this.

It just sounded funny to me. I think it’s that the wall is unrelated to the smart things: drones
and sensors. You don’t need a wall for those. The wall is just a big, dumb hunk of steel and or concrete.

Why do you think all Latinos hate gringos?

It's a development of talks or prompts I suppose.

Now that I’m used to it, it seems fine. I was just imagining trying to synchronize my smart watch with the smart wall.
