Again, the false reporting from the Hill

Did that notorious right-wing rag, The Hill, retract it’s false reporting? Who claims it was false (besides you), and what parts are established as false? Feel free to link me to where this has already been established if I missed it.

The source at the link? The proceedings in the House on Friday.

Meanwhile, over at The Hill, they're starting to reap what they've helped to sow ...

A fringe group of far-right activists have been disrupting conservative and pro-Trump events in recent weeks, drawing rebukes from mainstream Republicans who are eager to separate the party from white nationalists and alt-right racists.

A small but vocal group of young men led by 21-year-old broadcaster Nicholas Fuentes received national attention this week after heckling Donald Trump Jr. at an event in California, where he was promoting his new book “Triggered.”

Fuentes and others on the far right have been publishing calendars of events held by Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, conservative media stars Ben Shapiro and David Rubin and others, including Trump Jr. and Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas), in an effort to have their followers infiltrate and disrupt the events.

The alt-right activists view Kirk and Shapiro as insufficiently conservative on issues like immigration and claim to be carrying the mantle for President Trump. Members often show up at the events wearing red Make America Great Again hats and Fuentes’s show is called “America First” in a nod to the president’s popular slogan.

Shapiro, who is Jewish, and others have described the disruptions as an insidious effort to smuggle racist and anti-Semitic ideologies into the conservative mainstream.

At a speech at Stanford University this week, Shapiro lashed out at Fuentes, calling him a “garbage human being” whose views are “obviously white supremacist garbage.”

Shapiro did not call out Fuentes by name, as he and others are worried that fighting back will elevate the fringe group and give them more attention than they deserve.

But it was clear that Shapiro was directing his fire at Fuentes, whom he characterized as the leader of the next wave of the alt-right movement.

“Some call themselves ‘America First’ to hijack President Trump’s slogans to give themselves a patina of credibility … you’re seeing them adopt the beliefs of some of these other movements in order to find cover for their own vile belief system,” Shapiro said.

Fuentes’s followers are called “Groypers” and identify themselves with the image of a fat, green frog, who looks similar to the original alt-right “Pepe” character.

Fuentes’s YouTube show has been a factory for bigoted, anti-Semitic and racist content.

The 21-year old attended the “Unite the Right” white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va., in 2017, and later posted on his Facebook page: “The ruthless transnational elite know a tidal wave of white identity is coming and know that once the word gets out they will not be able to stop us. The fire rises.”

Fuentes has lashed out at Rubin, the conservative YouTube star, who is Jewish and gay.

“You want to talk to Jewy Jewstein?,” Fuentes said. “I’m David Rubin and this is the gay Jewish show. Today we’ve got a Jew.”

And in another anti-Semitic segment, Fuentes questioned whether the Holocaust took place, while likening the burning bodies of Jews to cookies baking in an oven.

“The math doesn’t seem to add up there,” Fuentes said. “I don’t think you’d result in 6 million. Maybe 200 to 300 thousand cookies.”

Sorry I thought this was some kind of bombshell or common knowledge and not just some partisan dismissing anything that looks bad for their side. Carry on, Boomer.

Dude presents a partisan hatchet job in a thread as if it were a bombshell though it was refuted in open testimony under oath in front of the House of Representives, and then claims because the original lie hasn't been taken back it must still stand because kid logic?

Sounds about right.

In other news:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions ... mage-hill/

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/11/12/us/p ... -hill.html

What's that? The Post and Times are anti-Trump partisan sources so their reporting is dismissable? They haven't retracted those reports. So. Yeah.

Whether or not you have a reason to dismiss an article published by The Hill that wasn’t retracted, the fact remains that Daria Kaleniuk visited CIA “whistleblower” Eric CIAramella in the Obama White House.

Recap:

Prior to the election of Zelensky, the Ukraine government through Lutsenko WAS doing the very thing Trump asked of Zelensky in the July 25 call - making statements they were investigating Trump's political foes based on since proven false claims.

Lutsenko puts out false claims that go from Guilliani to Soloman into what are typically published as opinion pieces in The Hill.

Former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch was recognized as going after corruption in Ukraine - in line with US policy and the aims of our diplomatic mission.

Lutsenko began a smear campaign against her making claims which have been disproven or were unsubstantiated.

Lutsenko has since RETRACTED his claims.

Lutsenko was removed from office when Zelensky was elected.

Lutsenko is now facing charges of corruption related to illegal gambling in Ukraine.

The so-called Three Amigos claim to have been looking to see if Zelensky would "play ball".

John Solomon, the recipient of Lutsenko's propaganda and primary point of contact for Rudy Giuliani in the US press, is now with Fox and not a contributor for The Hill.

The claims you posted on this thread have all been brought up and refuted in public testimony under oath in front of the House of Representatives.

Daria Kaleniuk heads an outside agency that looks for and exposes political corruption in the Ukraine.

Eric Ciaramella was the Ukraine director for the National Security Council.

There's a word for things like the head of an agency that looks for and exposes corruption in the Ukraine speaking with the Ukraine director for the NSC. It's intelligence. Oh. I see the problem now.

You left out a lot, especially how the list of individuals that met with Eric Ciaramella while he was detailed to the Obama White House sheds a lot of light on this political sideshow:

Daria Kaleniuk: Co-founder and executive director of the Soros-funded Anticorruption Action Center (AntAC) in Ukraine. She visited on December 9, 2015

The Hill reported that in April 2016, during the U.S. presidential race, the U.S. Embassy under Obama in Kiev, “took the rare step of trying to press the Ukrainian government to back off its investigation of both the U.S. aid and (AntAC).”

(Apparently this has been discredited in someone’s mind so let’s leave the report published by The Hill out.)

Gina Lentine: Now a senior program officer at Freedom House, she was formerly the Eurasia program coordinator at Soros funded Open Society Foundations. She visited on March 16, 2016.

Rachel Goldbrenner: Now an NYU law professor, she was at that time an advisor to then-Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power. She visited on both January 15, 2016 and August 8, 2016.

Orly Keiner: A foreign affairs officer at the State Department who is a Russia specialist. She is also the wife of State Department Legal Advisor James P. Bair. She visited on both March 4, 2016 and June 20, 2015.
Nazar Kholodnitzky: The lead anti-corruption prosecutor in Ukraine. He visited on January 19, 2016.

On March 7, 2019, The Associated Press reported that the then-U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch called for him to be fired.

Michael Kimmage: Professor of History at Catholic University of America, at the time was with the State Department’s policy planning staff where specialized in Russia and Ukraine issues. He is a fellow at the German Marshall Fund. He was also one of the signatories to the Transatlantic Democracy Working Group Statement of Principles. He visited on October 26, 2015.

James Melville: Then-recently confirmed as Obama’s Ambassador to Estonia, visited on September 9, 2015.
On June 29, 2018, Foreign Policy reported that Melville resigned in protest of Trump.

Victoria Nuland: who at the time was assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian Affairs met with Ciaramella on June 17, 2016.
(Judicial Watch has previously uncovered documents revealing Nuland had an extensive involvement with Clinton-funded dossier. Judicial Watch also released documents revealing that Nuland was involved in the Obama State Department’s “urgent” gathering of classified Russia investigation information and disseminating it to members of Congress within hours of Trump taking office.)

Artem Sytnyk: the Ukrainian Anti-Corruption Bureau director visited on January 19, 2016.

On October 7, 2019, the Daily Wire reported leaked tapes show Sytnyk confirming that the Ukrainians helped the Clinton campaign.

It does, doesn't it? So you see a who's who of people concerned with corruption in Ukraine speaking with people in the US intelligence and diplomatic corps who have since stood up to speak out against corruption in Ukraine as part of the impeachment hearings. Why?

Because Trump is only concerned with corruption in Ukraine as an exploitable asset for his own gain.

There's nothing in your post above that says differently.
