Here is the name of the person who decided he would sign his name with John's on yesterday's report:
Jeremy Macdonald, Board Chair (edit to correct name spelling error)
2nd edit: I have now confirmed that Jeremy Macdonald is not an accountant. He was the secretary at the time of the 2018 mass exodus. As far as I understand, he was out on the board because the IRS requires a 3-member board for 501(c)3s and there weren’t many people besides John left. As far as I understand.
