doesn't mean you've filed your 990 yet. I'd advise getting an accountant (presumedly you don't have one anymore since you used Jeremey instead of one of your previous accountants for your blog post) and get it done. If it's already filed, my apologies.

so, more innuendo.
From the report quoted by cwald:
We are pleased to announce that Keri Morgan Witbeck and Clint Martin have joined the Open Stories Foundation board of directors – both of whom have considerable financial accounting experience in the commercial arena, but more importantly, are lovely, intelligent people of high integrity. Jeremy Macdonald is remaining on the board to support this transition and will step down once the transition is complete.
The same report also indirectly commented on other unsupported accusations in this thread:
We are and will always be grateful for the dedicated individuals who gave so much to help the mission of Open Stories Foundation in 2018. We regret any rumors or innuendoes that have circled the realignment of our staffing needs. To be direct, the decision to reduce our staff in 2018 was solely a business decision, and had nothing to do with the efforts, professionalism, and goodness of our former staff. The hardest part of running a non-profit is when business decisions interfere with relations between people of goodwill. We wish nothing but goodness for the former employees who were affected by these decisions.
And regarding further presumption,
I’d advise getting an accountant (presumedly you don't have one anymore...
Also from the same report:
To keep accounting services close to the Open Stories Foundation offices, in 2017, we decided to search for a local accounting firm specialized in non-profit organizations. We were delighted to find Justin Shaw (CPA at Shaw & Co.), who has been handling our accounting and IRS reporting since January of 2018.
The defamation spread throughout this thread by rosebud so far seems entirely unfounded. Unless she has proof to share, her credibility is seriously in question at this point.
