The good Professor is back at it, with another get off my lawn rant.
Lane Wolfey-
Prof. Lewis is so eloquent here, and resentful. It's as though a worldview, that he cherished, he in turn began to see as slipping away. There is a sadness and envy in his tone.
Louis Midgley- I am not aware of any Prof. Lewis. Does anyone have an idea who LaneWolfley may have in mind
Louis Midgley -
LaneWolfey: Would you please indicate who this Prof. Lewis you mentioned really is. Was it C. S. Lewis, or did you have me in mind but botched, perhaps intentionally, my given name?
Louis Midgley -
LaneWolfey: Would you please respond to my request!
Louis Midgley -
LaneWolfey: Would you please respond to my request! No harm will come to you if you just admit that your distaste for me somehow included not knowing my given name. If you had me in mind, I must insist that your indifference to the Restored Gospel has distorted your understanding.
So if someone doesn’t agree with Professor Midgley they are automatically suspected of being an apostate? Last I checked he wasn’t the LDS Church President.
Lane Wolfey is gracious in his response.
Lane Wolfey-
Lou sorry, but I'm a busy trial attorney, an old one, and I recently wrapped up a trial, and commence another one on Monday. I check in on Dan's site every few days, some times I have to let a week or two go by. It's the only one I comment on from time to time. I meant to refer to C.S. Lewis. by the way, I always enjoy your comments, though I think you wrangle, occasionally, too much with the needle-some naysayers on here. But, maybe not... when it comes to religion and politics, I'm just not argumentative.
Midget never acknowledged this reply. And went off yelling at the next person.
