Ha! You saw that! The parent's attorney also released a statement changing the timeline of events they originally reported. I don't have time right now to post about it but yeah, that happened right after Cassie and her SO came out on the lawn to speak to protesters.

I don't know what the parent's deal is but they are making themselves look dirty af.

I think she said she didn’t want to discuss it in front of little kids. So yeah, people with little kids never put their kids to bed and then have adult conversations. Or find time when the kids are out of earshot to ask ‘where is the woman whose van you are driving?’

I agree. It’s not a legitimate excuse. I did read something about her saying “the lawyer said I shouldn’t talk about it.” Now that I can believe.

Just got home. I'm listening to something right now coming out on the case.

But get this attorney's statement (I think it was actually in text message exchanges)...this isn't the one where the family changes the timeline. Put on your BS detector as you read this...if you haven't already seen or heard it.

This was about the flight home that Brian Laundrie took in August to clear out a storage unit. Brian flew from SLC to Tampa on 8/17 and returned to SLC 8/23. So far as we know, Gabby stayed in a hotel the whole time and her father sent her meals via door dash or whatever.

Let's take a stroll down BS lane...

Attorney says that Brian and Gabby paid for the flights he took because they were sharing expenses. Brian went home to "obtain some items and empty and close the storage unit to save money as they contemplated extending the road trip."'

See the BS? If your eyes aren't rolling back in your head, they should be.

Trying to get a handle on what happened today. This could take a while. What I do know is that LE and FBI went into a specific location of the Carlton Reserve with approx. 14 vehicles one of which was a mobile drone station or whatever it's called. Prior to today, the search appeared to be winding down. All of a sudden LE and FBI descend on one location with a drone flying right over the crowns of the trees?

Something prompted this. That's all I know. If I get any more information that might be of interest, I'll post it here.

WTF difference that makes, I don't know. All I do know is the the attorney's statements keep changing and they make no effing sense to a sane person.

So far as I know this is a real estate attorney.

Yes, a reporter named Brian Entin has a copy of the warning form on his Twitter. I'm not on Twitter. The form has date/time. I believe it was 2:42 p..m. on the 14th.

The short answer is: It proves the Laundries were lying to police and the FBI, and were caught in that lie.

They filed a police report with false information, and they KNEW (or should have known) the correct dates.

The relatives of Brian Laundrie reportedly picked up his vehicle from a wildlife reserve in Florida on Thursday (9/16), three days before a body matching Gabrielle Petito’s description was found in Wyoming.

Laundrie family attorney Steven Bertolino said the family retrieved Brian Laundrie’s Ford Mustang from the Carlton Reserve, a 24,000-acre preserve in Sarasota County.

The FBI confronted them with video evidence, (probably from the news crews), that showed the Mustang was gone on Tuesday (9/14), and was back in their driveway by the morning of 9/15. They also discovered an abandoned vehicle citation had been issued 9/14 at 2:42 PM, so there is both video proof and police records that definitively prove the Laundries dates were incorrect.

Their lawyer claims they were "mistaken" as if it were an honest mistake, but nobody's buying it. How do you "forget" which day your son went missing, "forget" which day you drove to the reserve and found his abandoned car, and most importantly, how do you "forget" which day you and your spouse left in the dead of night and moved your "missing" sons abandoned vehicle from the park back to your driveway?

I mean it was either yesterday, or the day before yesterday. Not that hard to remember.

TLDR: They got caught lying, and Brian got another full days head start.

So I'm going to admit this. As much respect as I have for the investigative process as well as due process, in the dark recesses of my heart, I'd like to see this kid taken into custody alive, thrown into an interrogation room with no restraints, and let Joe Petito have 5 minutes with his guilty/cowardly af ass. Five damned minutes.
