Anyone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe Judge Schroeder can overturn a guilty verdict based on insufficient evidence given by the prosecutors. If the Judge thinks the jury reached a guilty verdict based on nonsense then it’s a possibility. So, I do think KR’s attorney was personality managing the judge.
I’d do it if I thought a judge were susceptible to that sort of thing.

Schroeder asked Rittenhouse: “Is there any reason for me to be concerned that you have some kind of disability, mental or emotional, that would prevent you from being fully aware of what your actions are and making a rational decision? Any reasons I should be concerned about that?”
Rittenhouse, 18, replied “No, Your Honor.”
Lead defense attorney Mark Richards of Racine then added: “He’s in therapy. I don’t think he has a mental illness or anything. As a result of this incident (referring to Aug. 25, 2020), he has PTSD.”

Kyle's classmates said he had a tendency towards violence, often threatening anyone who would dare say anything negative about his Lord Trump. Last year he was caught on video beating up a female. One of his classmates said that every time he would lose an argument he'd say "I could Screw you up" but everyone would just laugh at him because he was a little chubby piglet of a kid. Some of his classmates said they viewed him as a potential shooter just because of the way he was. But of course, none of this will be admitted into evidence at court.
Kyle wanted attention so badly and he finally got it. And two people paid for it with their lives. It is the epitome of cowardice to do what he did. Everyone is a tough guy when they're armed to the teeth and beating up little girls. You can talk as bad as you want about everyone there protesting, calling them BLM, looters, arsonists, etc, but only a few of them were actually committing crimes and NONE of the were shooting guns. This all sounds pretty accurate and predictable to me. I think he went there intending to shoot people and even kill them. I see him as a bully and a murderer. It is too bad that he will not be held legally accountable, and it is too bad that a number of the people involved, including the judge and the prosecutor, screwed things up so badly in their own way.
