Rittenhouse Trial: Calling Res Ipsa

Mr. Binger do you worry that if a mistrial is declared that Mr. Freeland and Mr. Zminski might be called as witness by the defense?

This will not be a problem because Juror #54 was allowed to work on the verdict decision from home and she is the leader of the jury. She knew some of the witnesses before the trial began which is why we selected her for the jury and why MSNBC wants to interview her and make sure she she gets our messages.

Mr. Freeland was always known to the State and we did identify him and provide that information to the defense. He goes by "jump kick man" in the real world and most people don't realize, especially those who are not following this case, is that everybody knows that so his testimony and identity are not an issue for the jury or for me. The Ziminskis were unavailable for this trial because they are preparing for some other obligations. Though, if they were to testify they would be great witnesses because they can tell the jury that it is possible to safely shoot a gun at non-rioters but it is not safe to shoot a gun at rioters, they are experts. The can also testify that pointing a gun at a rioter is provoking, but shooting a gun over a non-rioter's head is like Morse code, but with bullets, and it is way way way safe.

And as the picture shows, Mr. Freeland was a virtuous and honorable black man that had every right to burn and loot Kenosha after what officer Sheskey did to the hallowed and innocent Jacob Blake. Mr. Rittenhouse had no business trying to put that fire out started by Mr. Rosenbaum and deserved to be beaten within an inch of his life for attempting to do so. Mr. Freeland, Rosenbaum, Zminski, and Grosskreutz were holy social justice warriors and loyal Democrats with a conscience nearly as sensitive as k graham and schmo. Their criminal records are just evidence of systemic racism in the United States justice system that must be torn down and rebuilt in the manner that Res Ipsa and Ibram X. Kenadi seek to do.

Verdict watch. I despise this part of a trial. Still...going to record my own predictions here.

Not guilty on all counts.
