Well that's just damned great. Here's hoping someone finds him an imminent threat and wastes him in "self-defense."

This damned idiotic country.

I would expect such a statement from a person who had no respect for law nor love for truth. So is that you?

I hope he’s able to go past it and go on to live a happy and fulfilling life.
I suppose that some people would be fulfilled by being celebrities of the white power movement, yes.

The people, in this case, were armed but not vigilantes because they were peacefully armed. They shot guns at Mr. Rittenhouse to communicate, not to threaten
You are wrong on all three counts. 1) not necessarily peacefully armed 2) they didn't shoot at K 3) they shot to provoke and threaten, not to "communicate".
One witness pointed a loaded gun at Mr. Rittenhouse, with a finger on the trigger, to help Rittenhouse not to hurt him.
Wrong again. He pointed the gun to disarm K. Not to "help" him nor "hurt" him, but to resolve what appeared to be a threat.

Of course, you missed the point of what I wrote.

Especially that racist Judge, right? And the racist jury too, but especially that racist judge. He was wearing a robe the whole time and nobody cared.
Have you seen them flash white power signs for kicks? The judge? The jury? I guess you know something I don't. Do tell!

I get the frustration, but I don’t wish any harm on the young man. I find it completely believable that he’s suffering from PTSD. And it wouldn’t surprise me if he continues to suffer from it for a long time. I hope he’s able to go past it and go on to live a happy and fulfilling life.

As far as I’m concerned, the criminal Justice system did what it was supposed to. He got his day in court and was able to argue his case to a jury of his peers.
100%. I can't help but see a lot of the general divide and issues our country faces in Rittenhouse also. An impressionable young man that is being fed a lot of hateful rhetoric goes and does what he believes to be the "right" thing, people die for it, lives are ruined... and to what end? Sure this case is a big deal but it is representative of much deeper issues. Until we can get to a place where the othering calms down I suspect we'll see a lot more of this before we see less.

Special thanks to everyone that brought some solidly good discussion on this thread. Never felt like I had much to add but I sure did learn a ton.
